What are not included in the DFY support?
Greatclicks is not a virtual assistant service so that means any admin tasks inside the platform is outside the scope of support.
How soon can you set up all the systems in my account?
Once we have all your information, we work on them as soon as possible. It will be done in as early as 2 weeks and not more 30 days.
How do I send the request for any help or build out?
We have a request portal within the Greatclicks platform that you can submit a request to. Once the request is received, our team will reach out to you if there’s anything we need.
What if I already have a Gohighlevel account?
Not a problem, you add us on your Gohighlevel account and we'll install all the systems.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes and your account will not be renewed in the next renewal date.
What if the system or something is not working?
That happens sometimes and we always got your back. Just let us know and we will resolve it as soon as possible for you.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
Once you’re subscribed, you’re able to submit as many requests as you’d like and they will be set up and built out one one by one.
Why woudn’t I just hire a full-time tech or VA to handle my tech?
Good question! To hire a fulltime Gohighlevel specialist, it would cost you around $1000-$1500 per month. Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you’re stuck paying for time you aren’t able to utilize.
What if I don’t need your support anymore?
